Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to enroll in a Freelancer College program because it is right for you, not because it is hard to get a refund. This policy covers both live and recorded programs.

Live Cohort Programs

Full refund if requested at least 3 days before the batch start date. Once a live batch has started, seats are not refundable, since your spot has already been reserved and course materials released to the cohort.

Recorded, Self-Paced Programs

Full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of the course has been completed. Past that window, or past that amount of progress, the purchase is final.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@freelancercollege.lk with your order details and the reason for your request.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days, back to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for live batches after their start date, or once a recorded program is past the window and progress described above.
