Acceptance of Terms

By using this site or enrolling in a program through Freelancer College, operated by Learn With Bevin (Pvt) Ltd, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or enroll.

Description of Service

Freelancer College provides online courses covering practical, sellable skills, taught in Sinhala. Programs are delivered either as a live cohort or as recorded, self-paced content, as described on each course's own page.

Enrollment and Payment

Prices are listed in LKR on each course page. Access is granted once payment is confirmed through our payment gateway. Course content and progress are managed through a separate learning management system (LMS).

Course Access and Use

Course materials are for your personal use only. Reselling, redistributing, or publicly sharing course content without permission is not allowed.

Live Cohort Programs

Live programs run on a fixed batch schedule with real deadlines. We do not guarantee specific income or employment outcomes. What you get out of a program depends on the work you put in.

Intellectual Property

All course content, branding, and site content belong to Learn With Bevin (Pvt) Ltd unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability

Freelancer College is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Learn With Bevin (Pvt) Ltd is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or its programs.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Freelancer College grows. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
